Our Gold package allows for a three class search and registration in the UK or EU. The scope of the search depends on the mark being applied for and whether it is a UK or EU application. For UK applications it includes some wider common law searching and similar sounding names For EU trade mark applications it includes not just a search of the CTM registers but also an identical search of most of the National registers across Europe - namely, those of Austria, Benelux, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom. Time is also included for work commonly involved in a trade mark registration as detailed on our packages page
